Mission Statement
The mission of ATC is to create and present contributory means to enact social, spiritual, and economic change; to empower disadvantaged groups, and to help develop social ties between individuals and groups - to build 'social and human capital' and 'civil society' in parents, youth, families, neighbors, organizations and communities.
Action Plan
For symptoms to change, we must change-our beliefs, our attitudes and our commitment.
An increase in success and productivity in the lives of our children, and our children's children, will require human development expertise in the areas of values clarification, character enrichment, leadership development and personal management. Regardless of how 'artfully crafted' or 'neatly packaged' content and curriculum may appear to be, teaching, training, projects, and programs will only be as empowering as the credibility and experience of those who lead and present them.
We cannot impart what we do not possess.
